- Western Blot (Cell lysate)
- Western blot analysis of SCNM1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3095) in CEM cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). SCNM1 (arrow) was detected using the purified polyclonal antibody (1 : 60 dilution).
- Western Blot (Transfected lysate)
- Western blot analysis of SCNM1 (arrow) using rabbit SCNM1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3095). 293 cell lysates (2 ug/lane) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or transiently transfected with the SCNM1 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma tissue reacted with SCNM1 polyclonal antibody (Cat # PAB3095) , which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
